Neil began working in the family glass shop at just thirteen years old and he gained experience ranging from basic glass cutting and service work to high-rise window repair. Having the opportunity to learn from his father and grandfather he quickly developed a passion for the trade. Neil eventually broke away from the family business and worked for one of the largest Architectural commercial glazing contractors in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia working his way to lead Foreman on numerous multimillion dollar installations. This is where he gained the experience of starting a project from the ground up and working in collaboration with Contractors, Engineers, Architects and Stakeholders to facilitate optimal design and functionality, while keeping on budget and schedule. Neil holds an inter-provincial certification as a Red-Seal Glazier, and in August 2022 moved with his wife and two children to Calgary, Alberta.
